Microsoft Publisher

Microsoft are dedicated to providing their customers with the tools they need to achieve what matters, in their work and life. In order to focus on new benefits, they occasionally remove features and products.  

In October 2026, Microsoft Publisher will reach its end of life. After that time, it will no longer be included in Microsoft 365 and existing on-premises suites will no longer be supported.

As a Trust we are recommending that teams begin to use Canva as an alternative. Opposite you will find helpful links to training videos and guides to support you with this transition. IT leads from all academies will also discuss this in the coming months, so please look out for further information.
