Who are we looking for?

We currently have an opportunity for a passionate SENCO and KS2 Class Teacher to join our dedicated team. This role will consist of working 3 days per week as SENCO and the remaining 2 days as a KS2 Cover Teacher.

We need a teacher who:

• Can help lead and manage the provision for children with special educational needs across the academy.

• Always has high expectations of themselves and others.

• Is enthusiastic in promoting the values and ethos of our academy and trust.

• Is committed to the wider life of the school community.

• Develop and implement individual learning plans, ensuring that students' needs are met effectively.

• Provide advice, guidance, and training to staff to enhance inclusive practices across the school.

Monitor and evaluate the progress of students with SEND, ensuring that they receive appropriate interventions and support.
