St John’s is a large, successful primary academy that is committed to providing an excellent education for its pupils. The academy is located in Essington and attracts pupils from the village and surrounding districts in the Walsall and Wolverhampton area. It caters for pupils from the age of 2 to 11 and has a Before and After School provision. At present there are 690 children on roll and numbers are expected to remain at this level moving forward.

We are seeking an energetic, patient, and nurturing individual to join our team as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to support a child with special educational needs. This role will start on a fixed-term contract, with the intention of extending the contract upon review at the end of the fixed term. You will be building a consistent, trusting relationship with the child, supporting them as they progress through the school and moving up through the school with them.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with additional needs and be committed to providing both educational and basic care support. This role requires someone who is truly patient, nurturing, and dedicated to ensuring the child's overall well-being and development within a supportive learning environment.

Future Generation Trust is based in Staffordshire and consists of 6 primary academies each with their own identity but working closely together to provide high quality education for all pupils. The Trust has aspirations to grow around a programme of careful, considered recruitment of additional primary schools. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person with excellent finance, organisational and communication skills to join our small central team. The successful person will be a genuine team player who is committed to contributing to the on-going success of our Multi Academy Trust. As Finance Officer, you will process finance documents including purchase invoices, bank receipts, credit card transactions and supplier payments for the academies in the Trust, along with checking monthly payroll for the academies and directly support the Chief Financial Officer. Competent use of ICT and accurate working is essential. Experience within the education sector and a knowledge of Accounting Software is desirable although training will be given on IRIS (PS Financials).
