Future Generation Trust is a growing Trust of primary phase academies in Staffordshire.

Willows Primary Academy are looking to appoint an exceptional Office Service Manager. This is a key role at the heart of our academy, where no two days are the same. We need someone who is highly organised, resilient, and able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
As the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff, you will represent our school with professionalism, warmth, and a positive attitude. Our office team is the hub of the school- the go-to people for staff and families- so being approachable, friendly, and child-centered is essential.

You will be working alongside the school bursar leading our admin team, you will not
only play a vital role in our school but also belong to a network of skilled and supportive professionals across seven schools with Future Generation Trust. You will have access to and work alongside a central team that values people and invests in their development.
