Willows is looking for an enthusiastic, caring and flexible Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor to join our exceptional school team and provide cover across school, working with children from Nursery to Year 6. The successful candidate will be confident working with children of all ages, supporting their learning and development, and creating a positive, safe and engaging learning environment.

The successful candidate will:
Provide cover across the school from Nursery to Year 6.
Support and supervise pupils in the absence of their class teacher or other staff.
Assist with the delivery of engaging learning activities.
Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.
Promote positive behaviour and high expectations.
Build positive relationships with children, staff and families.
Adapt to the needs of different year groups and classroom environments.

Has experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.
Is enthusiastic, reliable, flexible and approachable.
Can confidently work across different age groups.
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Is committed to supporting the learning, wellbeing and development of every child.
